At Omnika Pickles, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene, trust, and transparency. Please read our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 4 days of delivery.
- Only wrong, defective, damaged, or expired products are eligible for return.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on opened or used jars (unless the contents are spoiled).
- Customized or gift-wrapped products are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact us via support@omnikapickles.com or through our website within 4 days.
- Provide your order ID and reason for return with clear photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we’ll coordinate the return pickup at no extra charge.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 2 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase (UPI, wallet, card, or net banking).
- If you cancel due to a delivery delay, a full refund will be issued upon request.
Replacement Option
We offer replacements for damaged, expired, or defective products. Contact us immediately for assistance.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be rejected at delivery time.
- No cancellation fees apply.
- To cancel, email us or use the cancellation form on our website.
Non-Acceptance at Delivery
- If a customer refuses delivery of a prepaid order, we issue a full refund once the item is returned to us in original condition.
- Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in account restrictions.
Shipping Charges
If the product was damaged, expired, or wrong, we bear the full return shipping cost. In such cases, you are never charged for returns.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. You may opt for a refund or replacement after verification.
Non-Returnable Items (Case-Based)
- Perishable products (like fresh-made seasonal pickles) may not be returnable.
- Opened jars or used items are not eligible unless verified as defective.
- Gift packs or combos are returnable only if all components are defective or wrong.

We respond to support requests Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Certifications
- FSSAI License: Ensures food quality and hygiene.
- GST Registered: We charge 12% GST on all products.
Policy Changes
We may revise this policy at any time. However, if you’ve already placed an order, the previous version of the policy will apply to that transaction.
